Frosted Island Rum Punch

Ingredients
- 1 oz white rum
- 1 oz coconut water
- 1 oz cream of coconut
- 1 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 oz evaporated milk
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Simmer coconut water, cinnamon stick, and nutmeg for 20 minutes, then strain to remove solids and let it cool.
- In a blender, combine the cooled coconut water with the remaining ingredients and process on high speed for 1-2 minutes until well mixed and lightly frothy.
- Bottle the mixture and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
- To serve, combine the coquito mix with additional rum to taste and shake vigorously without ice, serving up to 3 servings at a time.
- Strain the mixture into a mug or rocks glass and garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon or a cinnamon stick in each glass.
