Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz Kahlua (or coffee liquor)
  • 1.50 oz fresh brewed espresso (cooled, or strong cold brew coffee)
  • 1 oz half & half (use Nutpods or Califia Farms Peppermint Mocha creamer for dairy free)
  • 1/8 tsp peppermint extract
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Crushed candy canes
  • 3 espresso beans

Instructions

  1. Rim a martini glass with chocolate syrup, then dip it in the crushed candy canes.
  2. Fill a shaker halfway with ice and add the vodka, Kahlua, espresso, half & half, and peppermint extract.
  3. Shake well for 60 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.
  5. Garnish with 3 espresso beans. Cheers!
