Ingredients
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz Kahlua (or coffee liquor)
- 1.50 oz fresh brewed espresso (cooled, or strong cold brew coffee)
- 1 oz half & half (use Nutpods or Califia Farms Peppermint Mocha creamer for dairy free)
- 1/8 tsp peppermint extract
- Chocolate syrup
- Crushed candy canes
- 3 espresso beans
Instructions
- Rim a martini glass with chocolate syrup, then dip it in the crushed candy canes.
- Fill a shaker halfway with ice and add the vodka, Kahlua, espresso, half & half, and peppermint extract.
- Shake well for 60 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.
- Garnish with 3 espresso beans. Cheers!
