  • 1/2 cup Ice Cubes
  • 2 tbsp Pineapple Juice
  • 1 tbsp Blue Curacao
  • 1 tbsp Vodka or Light Rum
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Cream
  • Coconut Flakes (for rimming the glass)
  • Light Corn Syrup (for rimming the glass)

Instructions

  1. Rim the glass: Pour a thin layer of corn syrup onto a plate and dip the rim into the corn syrup, then into the coconut flakes.
  2. In a blender, combine ice, pineapple juice, blue curacao, vodka, and coconut cream. Blend until you reach the desired consistency.
