Ingredients

  • 8 oz Ice
  • 2 oz Blue Curacao
  • 2 oz Coconut Rum
  • 1 oz Peppermint Schnapps
  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz Lemon Lime Soda
  • Simple Syrup
  • Coconut Flakes
  • Maraschino Cherries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pour the simple syrup onto a small plate and the coconut onto another.
  2. Add the ice, Blue Curacao, Coconut Rum, Peppermint Schnapps, Pineapple Juice, and Lemon Lime Soda to a blender, and blend until smooth.
  3. Dip a glass upside down into the simple syrup to coat the rim.
  4. Next, dip the glass upside down in the coconut flakes.
  5. Pour the content of the blender into the glass.
  6. Garnish with a cherry.
