  • 2 tbsp Pineapple Juice
  • 1 tbsp Blue Curacao
  • 1 tbsp Vodka (or Light Rum)
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Cream
  • Coconut Flakes (for rimming glass)
  • Light Corn Syrup (for rimming glass)

Instructions

  1. Rim the glass by dipping the rim into corn syrup, then into coconut flakes.
