Ingredients
- 1 package raspberry gelatin (3 oz.)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 4 cups cranberry juice
- 2 cups water
- 1 (12 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 (12 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 2 cups vodka
- 7-up or Sprite for mixing
Instructions
- In a small bowl, dissolve the raspberry gelatin in boiling water.
- In a large gallon container, combine the cranberry juice, water, vodka, thawed orange juice concentrate, and thawed lemonade concentrate.
- Stir in the dissolved gelatin water until well-combined.
- Cover the container and place it in the freezer for 12 to 18 hours, stirring occasionally after it starts to freeze and get slushy (around 4 to 6 hours).
- To serve, mix 2/3 of the slush with 1/3 soda, such as 7-up or Sprite, and stir until well-mixed.
