Ingredients

  • 1 package raspberry gelatin (3 oz.)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 4 cups cranberry juice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 (12 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 (12 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 2 cups vodka
  • 7-up or Sprite for mixing

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, dissolve the raspberry gelatin in boiling water.
  2. In a large gallon container, combine the cranberry juice, water, vodka, thawed orange juice concentrate, and thawed lemonade concentrate.
  3. Stir in the dissolved gelatin water until well-combined.
  4. Cover the container and place it in the freezer for 12 to 18 hours, stirring occasionally after it starts to freeze and get slushy (around 4 to 6 hours).
  5. To serve, mix 2/3 of the slush with 1/3 soda, such as 7-up or Sprite, and stir until well-mixed.
