Frosty Strawberry Rosé Slush
A delightful and refreshing frozen rosé cocktail with fresh strawberries and a hint of liquor, perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients
- 1 cup rosé wine
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1.50 oz simple syrup or 4 tbsp honey (adjust to taste)
- 2 oz Aperol, Lillet Blanc, or orange liquor like Grand Marnier
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
Instructions
- In a high-speed blender, combine the strawberries, rosé, simple syrup or honey, Aperol or preferred liquor, lemon juice, and crushed ice.
- Blend until smooth and liquified.
- Place the pitcher in the freezer and freeze for 6-8 hours.
- Scrape the mixture from around the blender blades and add up to 5 oz more of rosé to thin and help get the blender blades moving.
- Blend, pulsing as needed and adding more rosé as necessary to reach the desired consistency.
- Serve immediately or store the mixture in a container in the freezer until ready to serve. Slushies can be made up to one week in advance.
