Ingredients
- 3 (6 oz.) cups of strawberry Italian ice
- 1/4 cup blanco tequila
- Fresh mint sprig for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Run the strawberry Italian ice cups under hot water for 10 seconds to slightly thaw and make them easier to remove from the cups.
- Empty the Italian ice into a blender.
- Add the blanco tequila to the blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth, stopping to shake or push down any unblended chunks of Italian ice as needed, about 20 seconds in a high-speed blender or about 1 minute in a regular blender.
- Pour the blended mixture into a glass.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint, if desired.
