Ingredients

  • 4 oz pineapple juice
  • 1.50 oz orange juice
  • 1.50 oz cream of coconut
  • 10 drops of blue food coloring
  • 1 1/4 cup ice cubes
  • sweetened coconut flakes for rimming

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine pineapple juice, orange juice, cream of coconut, ice cubes, and food coloring.
  2. Blend until smooth and frosty.
  3. Dip the rim of the cocktail glass into a bit of cream of coconut and then into a pile of coconut flakes until the rim is coated.
  4. Pour the mocktail into the prepared glass.
