Frothy Cinnamon Cream

Ingredients
- 3/8 cup 2% milk
- 1/8 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sweetened condensed milk
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Cognac
- A pinch of ground nutmeg, for serving
Instructions
- Combine 2% milk, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a blender.
- Blend the ingredients on high until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Before serving, add Cognac to the chilled mixture in the blender and blend again until frothy.
- Pour the frothy mixture into a glass, approximately 1/2 cup per serving.
- Top each glass with a sprinkle of ground nutmeg.
- Best served chilled.
