Ingredients

  • 3/8 cup 2% milk
  • 1/8 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Cognac
  • A pinch of ground nutmeg, for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine 2% milk, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a blender.
  2. Blend the ingredients on high until well combined.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  4. Before serving, add Cognac to the chilled mixture in the blender and blend again until frothy.
  5. Pour the frothy mixture into a glass, approximately 1/2 cup per serving.
  6. Top each glass with a sprinkle of ground nutmeg.
  7. Best served chilled.
