Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz. Gin (Boodles)
  • 1.50 oz. Heavy Cream
  • 0.75 oz. Club Soda
  • 0.50 oz. Lime Juice
  • 0.50 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg white
  • 4 drops Orange Flower Water
  • 2 drops Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tbsp. Fine or Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine gin, heavy cream, club soda, lime juice, lemon juice, egg white, orange flower water, vanilla extract, and sugar in a Boston shaker over plenty of ice.
  2. Shake the ingredients extremely thoroughly in the shaker.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled Collins glass without ice.
  4. Serve without garnish.
