Ingredients

  • 3 oz Sauvignon blanc wine
  • 1/2 ruby red grapefruit, peeled, divided into frozen sections
  • 1 tbsp stevia or monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Juice of 1/2 ruby red grapefruit
  • 4 oz grapefruit-flavored, no-calorie seltzer
  • Sauvignon blanc wine, frozen into a large ice ball
  • Herb sprig garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine Sauvignon blanc wine, frozen ruby red grapefruit, stevia or monk fruit sweetener, lime juice, and blend until frothy.
  2. In a large glass, stir together grapefruit juice, stevia, lime juice, and seltzer.
  3. Place the frozen wine ice ball in a wide-mouth cocktail glass.
  4. Pour the juice and seltzer mixture over the wine ball using a fine-mesh strainer.
  5. Serve immediately with a straw and garnish with an herb sprig if desired.
  6. Refresh the drink with extra juice and seltzer mixture as needed.
