Fruity Fleur de Lis Delight

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. VSOP Cognac
- 1/2 oz. elderflower liqueur
- 1/2 oz. ruby port
- 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 oz. strawberry-rhubarb cordial
- 2 dashes Peychaud's or creole bitters
Instructions
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Pour VSOP Cognac, elderflower liqueur, ruby port, fresh lemon juice, and strawberry-rhubarb cordial into the shaker.
- Add 2 dashes of Peychaud's or creole bitters.
- Shake the ingredients vigorously in the shaker.
- Strain the mixture over pebble ice in a glass.
- Garnish as desired.
