Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. VSOP Cognac
  • 1/2 oz. elderflower liqueur
  • 1/2 oz. ruby port
  • 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz. strawberry-rhubarb cordial
  • 2 dashes Peychaud's or creole bitters

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Pour VSOP Cognac, elderflower liqueur, ruby port, fresh lemon juice, and strawberry-rhubarb cordial into the shaker.
  3. Add 2 dashes of Peychaud's or creole bitters.
  4. Shake the ingredients vigorously in the shaker.
  5. Strain the mixture over pebble ice in a glass.
  6. Garnish as desired.
