  • 1.50 oz gin
  • 1/2 oz Martini Bianco
  • 2/3 oz lavender simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 2-3 basil leaves
  • A dash of peach bitters
  • Lots of ice
  • Carbonated spring water

Instructions

  1. In a tall glass, muddle the basil leaves.
  2. Add gin, Martini Bianco, lavender syrup, lemon juice, and peach bitters.
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
