Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup mango juice
  • 1/4 cup passionfruit juice
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 24 oz frozen apple juice concentrate (two 12 oz cans)
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1/4 cup mango juice
  • 1/2 cup Torani toasted marshmallow syrup
  • 2 cups ice
  • 2 tbsp maraschino cherry juice (optional)
  • 3 maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine heavy whipping cream, mango juice, passionfruit juice, and sugar. Whip the mixture with a hand mixer until it forms a whipped cream texture. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. In a blender, combine frozen apple juice concentrate, cold water, mango juice, toasted marshmallow syrup, and ice. Blend until the mixture reaches a thick and smooth consistency.
  3. For an extra touch, add maraschino cherry juice and blend into the mixture.
  4. Pour the concoction into a mug and top it with the prepared whipped cream. Garnish with maraschino cherries.
