Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 ounces Aperol
  • 3/4 ounce red vermouth
  • 3/4 ounce verjus
  • 1 1/2 ounces fresh grapefruit juice
  • 3 dashes grapefruit bitters
  • Champagne or other sparkling wine, to top
  • Long grapefruit twist, to garnish

Instructions
