Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 mint leaves
  • 1 1/2 ounces gin
  • 3/4 ounce Green Chartreuse
  • 3/4 ounce St-Germain liqueur
  • 3/4 ounce lime juice

Instructions

  1. Muddle 3 or 4 mint leaves at the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add 1 1/2 ounces of gin, 3/4 ounce of Green Chartreuse, 3/4 ounce of St-Germain liqueur, and 3/4 ounce of lime juice, and some ice into the cocktail shaker.
  3. Shake well and strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass or coupe.
  4. Garnish with a mint sprig.
