Ingredients
- 1.70oz blackcurrant sirop
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- A few sprigs of fresh mint
- 1.70oz gin
- Ice
- 6oz fiery ginger beer (we like Fentimans)
Instructions
- Pour the blackcurrant sirop into a glass.
- Squeeze in the lime juice and then add the squeezed-out lime half to the glass along with the mint.
- Muddle together (with the handle of a wooden spoon or cocktail muddler).
- Pour in the gin and mix to combine.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Top up with ginger beer and serve without delay - preferably in the garden.
