Ingredients
- 1.50 oz 100% Agave tequila
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 1.50 tbsp Rosemary ginger simple syrup
- 1 splash Carbonated water
- Ice
- Sea salt (for rimming)
- 1/4 cup Coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1/2 inch Fresh ginger (chopped)
- 1 small sprig Fresh rosemary
Instructions
- In a small sauce pot, combine coconut sugar, water, fresh ginger, and a sprig of fresh rosemary. Bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and let it sit for 30 minutes to infuse flavors. Strain the mixture into a jar and refrigerate until ready to use. This is the rosemary ginger simple syrup.
- Moisten the rim of a glass with lime and dip it into sea salt to rim the glass.
- In a cocktail shaker or jar, combine tequila, lime juice, and rosemary ginger simple syrup. Shake well.
- Strain the mixture into the rimmed glass filled with ice.
- Top with a splash of carbonated water.
