Ingredients

  • 2 sugared gingerbread man cookies, crushed
  • 2 oz gingerbread syrup, plus 1/2 tbsp. for rimming
  • 1 1/5 ounces crème de coco liqueur
  • Dillons Ginger bitters
  • 2 to 3 ounces half and half cream
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Rim the cocktail glass by dipping it in gingerbread syrup and then into the crushed gingerbread cookie crumbs.
  2. Add 2 ice cubes to the prepared cocktail glass.
  3. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add gingerbread syrup, crème de cocoa, 2 dashes of ginger bitters, and cream.
  4. Shake well and strain the mixture into the prepared cocktail glass.
  5. Gently sprinkle cocoa powder on top.
