Ingredients

  • 2 sugared gingerbread man cookies, finely crushed
  • 2 oz gingerbread syrup (plus 1/2 tbsp. for rimming)
  • 1.50 oz crème de coco liqueur
  • Dashes of Dillons Ginger bitters
  • 2 to 3 oz half and half cream
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Dip the rim of a cocktail glass in gingerbread syrup and then into the crushed gingerbread cookie crumbs.
  2. Carefully add 2 ice cubes to the prepared glass.
  3. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add gingerbread syrup, crème de coco, a couple of dashes of ginger bitters, and cream.
  4. Shake well and strain the mixture into the prepared cocktail glass.
  5. Gently sift cocoa powder on top for garnish.
