Ingredients
- 2 sugared gingerbread man cookies, finely crushed
- 2 oz gingerbread syrup, plus 1/2 tbsp. for rimming
- 1 1/5 ounces crème de coco liqueur
- Dillons Ginger bitters
- 2 to 3 ounces half and half cream
- ice cubes
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- Dip the rim of a cocktail glass in gingerbread syrup, then into the crushed gingerbread cookie crumbs. Carefully add 2 ice cubes to the glass.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add gingerbread syrup, crème de cocoa, a couple of dashes of ginger bitters, and the cream. Shake the mixture well.
- Strain the shaken cocktail into the prepared glass.
- Gently sift the cocoa powder on top of the cocktail.
