  • 2 oz Kahlua (or coffee liqueur)
  • 2 oz gingerbread syrup
  • 2 oz whole milk (or cream)
  • 1/4 cup lightly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3 tbsp molasses
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the gingerbread syrup by combining brown sugar, granulated sugar, water, molasses, ginger, cinnamon, and vanilla in a saucepan over medium heat. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, and let it cool before using.
  2. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine vodka, Kahlua, gingerbread syrup, and whole milk. Shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds.
