Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz The Duppy Share rum
  • 1 oz ginger beer (Fever Tree Ginger Beer)
  • 0.33 oz ginger wine
  • 0.67 oz cranberry juice
  • 0.50 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 0.33 oz fresh ginger, chopped or grated
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Grating of nutmeg
  • Prosecco (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chop or grate the fresh ginger.
  2. Muddle the ginger with lime juice and honey in a shaker glass.
  3. Shake with the rum, cranberry juice, and ginger wine.
  4. Sieve into a champagne coupe or flute over ice and top up with either ginger beer or prosecco.
  5. Dust with nutmeg and enjoy.
