Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz. gin
  • 3/4 oz. genever
  • 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz. grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 oz. rich cane sugar syrup (2:1)
  • 1 dash walnut liqueur
  • Ginger beer, to top

Instructions

  1. In a shaker with ice, combine gin, genever, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, cane sugar syrup, and walnut liqueur.
  2. Shake the mixture to chill.
  3. Strain the cocktail into a Collins glass over a large ice spear.
  4. Top the drink with ginger beer.
  5. Garnish as desired.
