Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Amaretto liqueur such as Disaronno
- 2 1/2 oz Vodka
- 7 oz Unsweetened almond drink
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- A handful of Ice cubes
- 3 1/2 oz Vegan whipping cream such as Oatly
- 1/4 tsp Gold edible glitter
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the Amaretto liqueur, vodka, almond drink, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Add a handful of ice cubes to the shaker, cover it, and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled glass.
- Whip the vegan cream to soft peaks and spoon it on top of the cocktail.
- Sprinkle the edible gold glitter over the whipped cream to serve.
