  • 1/2 oz Fernet-Branca
  • 3/4 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz ginger solution (1 part water, 1 part sugar, 1 part ginger juice)
  • 1/2 oz honey syrup (3 parts honey, 1 part water)
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • Garnish: mint sprig
