Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces gin
  • 1/2 ounce Amaro Montenegro
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce grapefruit oleo saccharum
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

  1. Combine gin, Amaro Montenegro, lemon juice, grapefruit oleo saccharum, and egg white in a cocktail shaker.
