Ingredients

  • 2 oz Rhum J.M agricole blanc
  • 1/2 oz Licor 43
  • 3/4 oz lime juice
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 2 oz guava soda
  • Garnish: mint sprig, cinnamon stick, surfsidesips straw

Instructions

  1. Fill a glass with ice, then pour the guava soda into the glass.
  2. In a shaker with ice, combine rhum agricole blanc, Licor 43, lime juice, and Angostura bitters. Shake well.
  3. Strain the mixture into the glass over the guava soda and ice.
  4. Add more ice to the glass.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig and a cinnamon stick. For a show, light the cinnamon stick.
