Guava Peppercorn Fiesta
A delightful and balanced margarita with the tropical flavors of guava paired with the spicy kick of pink peppercorns.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon pink peppercorns
- 3/4 tablespoon coarse salt
- 1 1/2 oz guava nectar
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 3/4 oz dry curaçao
- A couple dashes of Peychaud's Bitters
- 1 1/2 oz reposado tequila
- Pink peppercorns for garnish
Instructions
- Grind the pink peppercorns in a spice grinder and mix with the coarse salt on a small plate.
- Rub the rim of a rocks-style glass with a lime wedge and dip it in the peppercorn salt. Fill the glass with ice.
- In a shaker, combine the guava nectar, lime juice, dry curaçao, Peychaud's Bitters, and reposado tequila. Shake well.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared glass.
- Garnish with a few pink peppercorns.
- Serve and enjoy immediately.
