Hibiscus Royale Punch

Ingredients
- 1.50 oz aged rum, preferably Appleton Estate Reserve Blend
- 1 oz hibiscus syrup
- 0.33 oz rich demerara simple syrup (2:1, sugar:water)
- 0.50 oz lime juice
- 2 oz Champagne
Instructions
- Combine aged rum, hibiscus syrup, rich demerara simple syrup, and lime juice in a punch bowl.
- Chill the mixture for at least two hours before serving.
- 20 minutes before serving, add cracked ice to the punch bowl.
- Pour in the chilled Champagne and gently stir to combine.
- Garnish the bowl with preserved wild hibiscus flowers resting on lime wheels and mint sprigs.
