Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Riesling wine (750 ml)
  • 1 bottle Prosecco (750 ml)
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed or bottled)
  • 2 blood oranges
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup club soda
  • 1/2 cup simple syrup

Instructions

  1. Cut one blood orange into slices and place them in a pitcher.
  2. Add the fresh cranberries to the pitcher and gently muddle the fruit to release their flavors.
  3. Pour in the Riesling wine, cranberry juice, orange juice, club soda, and simple syrup. Stir well to combine.
