Ingredients

  • 1.25 ounces Ginger Spice Cask & Crew Whiskey
  • 0.50 ounce Fernet Branca
  • 0.50 ounce cranberry simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 6 drops aromatic bitters

  2. Dry shake the mixture (no ice) for 10-15 seconds to blend thoroughly.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  4. Double strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
  5. Create an elegant pattern on the egg white foam by topping it with 6 drops of aromatic bitters.
