Ingredients
- 1/8 cup oats
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 3/4 cup whisky
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (optional)
Instructions
- Combine oats and water in a bowl or jug, stir, cover, and let soak for 24 hours.
- Strain out the oats, reserving the liquid. Use a fine tea strainer or muslin cloth to do this, ensuring all the liquid is extracted from the oats.
- Mix the honey into the oat liquid.
- Add the whisky and stir.
- Add the cream and stir if desired.
