Ingredients

  • 1 fresh egg white
  • 1 3/4 ounces Plymouth gin
  • 1/2 ounce orgeat syrup
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 6 drops orange blossom water
  • Freshly grated nutmeg for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, combine the egg white, gin, orgeat syrup, lemon juice, and orange blossom water.
  2. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds without ice.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and continue shaking vigorously for 20 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled coupe glass.
  5. Grate fresh nutmeg on top of the drink.
