Ingredients
- 1 fresh egg white
- 1 3/4 oz Plymouth gin
- 1/2 oz orgeat syrup
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 6 drops orange blossom water
- Freshly grated nutmeg (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a shaker, combine the egg white, Plymouth gin, orgeat syrup, fresh lemon juice, and orange blossom water.
- Shake vigorously for 15 seconds without ice.
- Add ice to the shaker and continue shaking vigorously for 20 seconds.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled coupe glass.
- Grate fresh nutmeg over the surface of the drink for garnish.
