Ingredients

  • 1 fresh egg white
  • 1 3/4 oz Plymouth gin
  • 1/2 oz orgeat syrup
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 6 drops orange blossom water
  • Freshly grated nutmeg (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, combine the egg white, Plymouth gin, orgeat syrup, fresh lemon juice, and orange blossom water.
  2. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds without ice.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and continue shaking vigorously for 20 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled coupe glass.
  5. Grate fresh nutmeg over the surface of the drink for garnish.
