Ingredients

  • 2 oz aged rum
  • 3/4 oz pineapple juice
  • 3/4 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz orgeat syrup
  • 3/8 oz spiced syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon old-fashioned aromatic bitters
  • Ground nutmeg, for garnish
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. In a pitcher or large container, combine the aged rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, orgeat syrup, spiced syrup, and aromatic bitters.
  2. Cover and refrigerate the mixture until well chilled, for at least 2 hours or up to 3 days.
  3. Stir the punch to recombine before serving.
