Huckleberry Lavender Fizz

Ingredients
- 5 oz. Chardonnay
- 1/2 oz. White Rum
- 1 Tbsp Huckleberry Syrup
- 1 Lime (Juiced)
- 1/2 Tbsp Dried Lavender Flowers (Food-Grade Quality)
- 1/4 cup Fresh Strawberries (Trimmed And Chopped)
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Blackberries
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Raspberries
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Blueberries
- 6 oz. Seltzer Water
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the dried lavender flowers and white rum, stir, and let sit for at least 10 minutes.
- Wash the fresh fruit and prepare as needed.
- Strain the lavender flowers out of the rum and add the infused rum to a large pitcher along with the Chardonnay, huckleberry syrup, lime juice, and prepared fresh fruit. Stir to combine.
- Top off with seltzer water, adjusting the amount to preference.
- Allow the sangria to chill in the fridge for 20 minutes or more.
- Serve over ice and enjoy!
