Ingredients
- 1 1/2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1 oz Irish cream
- 1 oz vodka
- 1 oz half & half
- 1 teaspoon sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee
- 1 teaspoon water
- whipped cream
- Optional for glasses:
- light corn syrup
- green and white sprinkles
Instructions
- In a small bowl, dissolve instant coffee in 1 teaspoon of water.
- Rim the glasses with a small amount of corn syrup and dip them into the sprinkles to coat the rims.
- In a blender, combine the ice cream, Irish cream, vodka, half & half, sweetened condensed milk, and the dissolved coffee. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared glasses and top with whipped cream and additional sprinkles.
