- 1 ounce heavy cream
- 1-2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 ounce Irish whiskey
Instructions
- Use fresh, cold water to brew a strong coffee using 2 rounded tablespoons per 6 oz. cup.
- Warm a 6-8 oz mug with hot water.
- Lightly whip or froth the cream in a bowl until pourable.
- Discard the hot water from the mug and add hot coffee and sugar, stirring to dissolve.
- Add the whiskey and stir.
- Hold a spoon upside down over the mug and slowly pour the cream over the spoon, allowing it to float onto the top of the coffee.
