Ingredients
- 8 oz coffee
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 oz Jameson or other Irish Whiskey
- Heavy cream
- Boiling water
Instructions
- Heat your glass by pouring boiling water into it, swirling it around, and then discarding the water.
- Add 1 teaspoon of brown sugar to the bottom of the glass.
- Fill the glass halfway with coffee and stir to dissolve the sugar.
- Add 1 oz of Irish whiskey to the coffee.
- Slightly froth the heavy cream and pour it over the back of a spoon into the glass, allowing it to sit on top of the coffee.
