- 1 oz heavy cream
- 1-2 tsp sugar
- 1 oz Irish whiskey
Instructions
- Brew a strong coffee using fresh, cold water.
- Preheat a mug by filling it with hot water, then discard the water.
- Lightly whip the cream until it's pourable.
- Pour the hot coffee into the preheated mug and stir in the sugar.
- Add the Irish whiskey and stir gently.
- Slowly pour the whipped cream over the back of a spoon onto the top of the coffee, allowing it to float.
