Ingredients

  • 1.50oz Jameson Irish Whiskey
  • 1oz Peach Schnapps
  • 1.50oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1oz Lime Sparkling Soda
  • 1 drop Green food coloring
  • Ice Cubes
  • Maraschino Cherries and mint leaves for garnish, optional

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine Jameson Irish Whiskey, Peach Schnapps, pineapple juice, and a drop of green food color.
  2. Add ice cubes to the shaker.
  3. Shake for about 25 seconds to chill and mix the ingredients.
  4. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Top off with lime sparkling soda.
