A delightful frozen dalgona coffee with a twist of Jameson Cold Brew for those hot weather weekends.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Jameson Cold Brew
  • 2 oz instant coffee
  • 2 oz granulated sugar
  • 2 oz hot water
  • 3 oz milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine instant coffee, sugar, and hot water. Whisk until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
  2. Freeze the fluff overnight.
  3. In a glass, fill 3/4 of the way with 3 parts milk of choice and 1 part Jameson Cold Brew.
  4. Add the frozen coffee fluff to the top and garnish with cinnamon.
