A refreshing and spicy cocktail featuring Bombay Sapphire, lime, pink peppercorns, and Angostura Bitters, topped with Fever-Tree ginger beer.
Ingredients
- 1.70 oz Bombay Sapphire
- 3.40 oz Fever-Tree Ginger Beer, chilled & freshly opened
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 2 lime wedges - well squeezed
- 1 pinch pink peppercorns
Instructions
- Crush the pink peppercorns in a stemless wine glass using the flat end of a bar spoon.
- Squeeze the lime wedges, drop them into the glass, and add the Bombay Sapphire.
- Swirl the ingredients well to infuse.
- Fill the glass with ice and top it with the ginger beer.
- Gently fold/stir to mix, then add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
