Ingredients

  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 1 oz Galliano liqueur
  • 2 oz honey
  • 8 oz strong brewed coffee
  • Orange peel
  • Lemon peel
  • Baking spices (star anise, allspice, cinnamon)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve honey into the coffee in a pot on the stovetop.
  2. Add in the baking spices and steep over low heat.
  3. Mix in the bourbon and Galliano, then strain out the spices.
  4. Serve in a mug and garnish with an orange slice studded with cloves.
