- 3-4 mint leaves
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp swerve
- 1 lime
- 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 oz vodka
- 4 oz coconut sparkling water
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water, swerve, and coconut flakes, and bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
