Ingredients

  • 2 ounces fresh raspberries
  • 4 fresh mint leaves
  • 5 1/2 ounces fresh lime juice (2 juicy limes)
  • 5 1/2 ounces blue agave silver tequila
  • 1 ounce white rum
  • 1 tablespoon blue agave syrup
  • 5-6 ounces ginger kombucha
  • Lemon or lime twist for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the raspberries and mint leaves together.
  2. Add the lime juice, tequila, rum, and agave syrup to the shaker.
  3. Add fresh ice, cover the shaker, and shake until chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture over crushed ice into a lowball glass, filling it halfway.
  5. Top the glass with ginger kombucha and stir to combine.
  6. Garnish with fresh raspberries, citrus twist, and mint sprigs.
