Kombucha Berry Smash
A refreshing and invigorating cocktail muddled with fresh raspberries and mint, finished off with a splash of ginger kombucha.
Ingredients
- 1 oz fresh raspberries (plus more for garnishing)
- 3-4 fresh mint leaves (plus more for garnishing)
- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice (roughly 1 juicy lime)
- 3/4 oz blue agave silver tequila
- 1/2 oz white rum
- 1/2 tablespoon blue agave syrup
- 2.50-3 oz ginger kombucha (I recommend GT's Gingerade)
- lemon or lime twists (for garnishing)
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the raspberries and mint leaves together.
- Add the lime juice, tequila, rum, and agave syrup to the shaker.
- Add fresh ice, cover, and shake until chilled.
- Strain the mixture over crushed ice into a lowball glass.
- Top the glass with ginger kombucha and stir to combine.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries, citrus twist, and mint sprigs. Serve and enjoy!
