A refreshing cocktail that combines the tangy goodness of kombucha with the zesty kick of tequila and rum, garnished with muddled raspberries and mint.
Ingredients
- 1 ounce fresh raspberries
- 3-4 fresh mint leaves
- 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice (about 1 juicy lime)
- 3/4 ounce blue agave silver tequila
- 1/2 ounce white rum
- 1/2 tablespoon blue agave syrup
- 10 1/2 - 3 ounces ginger kombucha (I recommend GT's Gingerade)
- Lemon or lime twists, for garnishing
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the raspberries and mint leaves together.
- Add the lime juice, tequila, rum, and agave syrup to the shaker.
- Add fresh ice, cover the shaker, and shake until chilled.
- Strain the mixture over crushed ice into a lowball glass, filling it halfway.
- Top the glass with ginger kombucha and stir to combine.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries, citrus twist, and mint sprigs. Serve and enjoy!
